19 Apr 2007 Sunshine Will Shine In Their Prague Concert

18 April 2007, 23:19 - Music
Sunhine, local Czech band coming from Tábor, South Bohemia, is one the few Czech bands that received applause abroad, both in Europe and the USA. Their sound can be characterized as post-punk played for example by British The Cure, and combines blending vocals with jagged guitars and electronic support.

The band will introduce their fifth album Dreamer, featuring production work by Bernd Burgdorf (Green Day) and James Cook (Nemo), in Roxy Club in Prague on Thursday 19 April 2007.

The album was recorded in Prague, London and Los Angeles, during the band's tour Who Will Raise The Rabbits? The band members have stylish pink rabbit masks on their heads.

Sunshine is a group of four players – Kay (guitar, singing), Jiri (guitar), Amak (bass guitar) and Dan (drums).
