27 May To 4 June 2007 Prague Fringe Festival Will Vitalize Lesser Quarter In Prague

There are eight theatres, many of them just small studios for few theatre-goers or just halls in Prague's famous pubs, in Prague's pitoresque Lesser Quarter (Malá Strana), that is located just next to the Charles bridge. These theatres will host Prague Fringe Festival, that offers more than 300 performances from 43 groups. The festival takes place from 27 May to 4 June.

Organizers have selected some of the best and most innovative theatre productions from 13 countries, including Canada, England, India or Venezuela, and Czech artists of course.

This year's festival really is a cultural marathon! It's programmed so that not only can you can see all of the shows over the space of the week, take in the beautiful sights of Prague during the day if you're visiting us from abroad, and join us for fun and after show frolics in our soon to be announced Fringe Club '07, but throughout the day and into the early evening you can chill out in our tea tent or relax with our Thai massage team who'll be on hand to recharge your batteries for Fringe fun ahead!
