60 Years Of Prague Spring Festival

In May 1946, Rafael Kubelik, then young chief conductor of Czech philharmony came with the idea to set up world festival of classical music in Prague. During its history, Prague Spring festival became famous worldwide and lots of lovers of Smetana and Dvorak masterpieces heads to Prague in the second half of May anually.
Exhibition in Obecni Dum (Municipal House) seeks to present all sixty years of the festival and its participants through projection of photographs, pictures and film documents. You can visit the exhibition from May 10 to June 3.
