Prague Museums do not sleep at night! Third Prague Museum Night takes place on 17 July 2006 from 7 pm to 1 am. National Museum and the Association of museums and galeries participate on the event. 21 institutions with altogether 43 exhibitions opens their doors for free (some of them take symbolic admission of 1 CZK).
Special bus lines will run among the places, so it could help the museum lovers to see as much as possible. There is a lot of additional performances, such as Irish night, Jazz improvisations or Tales from the Old Prague.
Last year, similar event attracted more than 120 thousand visitors.
