Jazz Music Improvisation In Prague Streets

6 May 2006, 13:49 - Music
Third year of the street music festival Improfest 2006 takes place in Prague during the following week. The music (as the title suggests) is based on jazz improvisation performed by the world leaders in improvisation: George Haslam (baritonsaxofon, tarogato; UK), Steve Waterman (trumpet, electric valve instrument; UK), Tonü Naissoo (piano; Estonia), Swetja (el., steel, midi guitars, fujara, saw; CZ), Jozef Láska (double bass, bass guitar; SK), Petr Zimák, Martin Procházka (drums; CZ).

It is not only about music, but the show is complex - both audio and video. The music is accompanied by the performance of changing fractals - geometric objects that satisfy specific technical conditions. They are generated on the screen.
