Czech President Vaclav Klaus said he will appoint new center-right government of Mirek Topolanek on Prague Castle on Tuesday at 11am. This is the second chance for Mr Topolanek. His first attempt to make up a new government failed to get a support from the Chamber of Deputies in September 2006.
But it is still very unclear that this new government will receive a successful vote of confidence within 30 days as Czech Constitution requires. The lower house of the Czech Parliament is divided into two halves.
There are two deputies that ran out from the opposition club of social democrats, but analysts say that it is not likely they support a new government.
Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek said that he would resign from his post of the chairman of Civic Democrats if his government does not receive a confidence vote.
Will Czech Republic have a stable government?
